When you place an order using any of the methods described above you are offering to buy products at the stated price, subject to these terms.
Please make sure that you include a contact phone number with your order.
When you place your order online we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. This e-mail is generated automatically so that you have a confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and if necessary contact you with a further email. If the product is available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the products purchased. If the product is not available we will also contact you via e-mail.
Go Kayaking may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion.
If an order is cancelled by Go Kayaking, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Postage costs are stated on our Delivery Details page. We use our own transport to deliver large Canoes and Kayaks and delivery times may be increased to fit in with our transport logistics.
We send smaller orders by various couriers or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, both of which will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient of where the parcel can be collected. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to collect the parcel. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to collect the parcel in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for redelivery to that or an alternative address.
In the event that you select a business address for delivery, we shall be deemed to have delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address.
Please note delivery times listed is working days and does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

There is free postage available on all orders above £100 to England, Scotland & Wales*
*This excludes all Contract Orders, kayaks, used kayaks and open canoes and sit on tops. You will need to contact one of our stores and we will find the cheapest way to get any of these to you. Alternatively you can pay the recommended shipping costs at the checkout online. Larger kayaks and canoes may cost up to £115.00 to ship.
PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 2.00pm. Please also note that we cannot offer next day delivery to Northern Ireland the Highlands and Islands and BFPO addresses.
For most goods we aim to dispatch items in stock within 2 working days and you should receive your order within 5-10 working days depending on the courier. International orders are generally received in under 21 days.
Unfortunately not all Canoes and Kayaks can be sent with a courier due to their size. So we use our own transport to deliver larger Canoes and Kayaks and delivery times may be increased to fit in with our transport logistics. (maybe up to 21 days).
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Go Kayaking can not accept any responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit that have been signed for by the recipient. If the goods are obviously damaged and delivered by a courier they must be signed for damaged and Go Kayaking must be contacted immediately. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Some products may at certain times experience delays in supply due to the specialist nature of the sport or unexpected high demands. We will try to keep you informed of the status of any incomplete orders. If products are not likely to be available within a reasonable timescale you will be offered the option of a suitable alternative as close as possible in specification and price or to your original order. You of course have the option to cancel your order and obtain a refund if applicable.
Certain items seen on our website may be limited in availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order made with us in such cases for whatever reason. Refunds will always be honored.
