When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 2 hours of you placing your order. Please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!


How will I know when my order is ready?

If your order is a custom order then we will contact you when the order is ready. A custom order is a boat with any outfitting or add ons that you require us to fit.


What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.


Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact the store you have chosen to collect from in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection. 


How do I cancel/change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly, contact information can be found here. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team.


How do I return my order?

Our normal returns policy applies to all Click & Collect orders, for more information see our returns policy. You can also return directly to the store.


But what about COVID?

There are various restrictions due to the current pandemic, we are 100% committed to ensuring customer and employee safety. Please check the restrictions in your area before travelling to the store to collect your order. If your order is placed over the phone, we require the full balance to be paid over the phone before collection as our doors remain locked. Please call ahead and confirm what time you'd like to collect your items so we can make sure they're ready. Your items will be securely left outside our front door. We are here to help if you require assistance in getting your items to your car, of if you require help loading your boat onto your roof, but please wear a mask and maintain a safe distance.
