Our Runcorn store caters to areas including Manchester, Liverpool, Frodsham, Helsby, Chester, Northwich, Middlewich, Crewe, and Sandbach. The Llangollen store serves the North Wales region and surrounding areas.

  • Yes, Go Kayaking offers Click & Collect. You can place an order online and choose to collect it from either the Runcorn or Llangollen store, allowing you to pick up your items at your convenience. Learn more about our Click & Collect service here.

  • Go Kayaking accepts returns within 14 working days of receipt. Items must be unused, in pristine condition, and include original tags. Certain items, such as PPE (e.g., buoyancy aids, helmets), have stricter return conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent incorrectly.     Saturday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    Closed on Bank Holidays

    Llangollen Store:
    Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

    Llangollen Store: Mile End Mill, Berwyn Road, Llangollen, Wales, LL20 8AD.
